3. membuat user baru / ekstension baru

4. menambahkan info detil bagi user

5. melihat user yang sudah aktif

6. melihat informasi detil masing-masing user yang akan di inputkan di client

7. konfigurasi aplikasi voip client softphone express talk

8. testing calling antar user pada softphone express talk

9. uji coba menggunakan softphone X-Lite, prinsipnya sama saja
